Hey, my drum kit won't turn on at all.

No problem, right? I mean, it's frustrating, but it's brand new and their are bound to be bad copies floating around. I understand, I'll just go through the replacement process.

What's that? I can't log in at the EA website, due to an "internal server error"?

Great. I can understand maybe screwing up a drum kit here and there, but a website, too? You've got to at least get something right, here guys.
