Free 20 Songs That Are Supposed To Come Extra As DLC

So, everyone knows about the 20 free songs harmonix gave out when Rock Band 2 came out. I recently purchased the special edition of Rock Band 2. I then registered with the code on the manual for the bonus tracks, and then it said to confirm my email. I went to my email, and confirmed it. I have yet to receive the code to enter on my xbox to get the 20 free songs. Anyone have this happen, or know how to fix it? I tried 2 reenter the code on the website, but it wouldnt let me.
