Canceling a replacement order?

is there anyway to cancel a replacement order, i for some reason hit standard instead of express replacement and i want to do an express replacement, when i call them i get to where i can talk to a rep and then it seems as if to hang up on me for some reason is there anyway to do this online or maybe there is no one there at this time and thats why it hangs up im not sure plz let me know if anyone does thx

If you just called them now, they are closed, which is why you couldn't get a rep. Their hours are 6am-6pm PST.
