Now I know the RB forums aren't WebMD, but I figured I'd see if you guys might have some thoughts on this.
Today at a high school debate tournament, I was in the middle of the round, and I randomly got a headache. I figured it was something that would go away quickly, but it stayed there, and I gradually started sweating, eventually sweating really bad. Like sweat drip off your face bad. So IDK what it was. My partner that it might have been psychological, but it's like the first time it's ever happened to me.
Any thoughts?

That doesnt really sound like a panic attack, did you experience any other symptom's, did you have an overwhelming fear of dying, did you have a heart palpitation, there are some common symptom's of a panic attack, but I would consult a doctor.

it was just the weird headache thing. Like the kind you get if you stand up to fast, or quickly look away from the computer. And like, it wouldn't go away, I made a comment to my partner about it, then put my head in my hands.
I felt a little bit of sweat, but I ended up sweating more and more.
But really just the headache and profuse sweating

Sounds like a stress-induced headache to me. Of course, I am only allowed to use the title 'medical practitioner' in Equatorial Guinea, so I might be completely wrong.
But, as we say in Equatorial Guinea: "there's no illness that a few handfuls of leeches won't end".

Yes as some call it a "tension headache" is what I would venture to guess too.

yeah. I'm starting to lead towards that. I didn't really think I was that stressed though, but I guess I had just learned we were basically screwed over in the previous round

Could have just been overwhelmed, had you eaten anything around this time?
It is def not an anxiety attack, I have had them... and they are far worse then just a headache... FAR WORSE.
Doesn't sound like an Anxiety Attack to me. I've never had one myself but dated a girl who suffered from it and 2 of my friends as well.
The way they describe it and their symptoms are much more severe than what you described.
As for what it was....it could be any number of things. None of them to be concerned about unless it becomes a regular thing that affects your life in a negative way.

Its definetly not anxiety.
It could however be a lot of things from something you ate, to having not eaten anything (low blood sugar will cause what you described) to allergies (I used to have a weird reaction that sounded just like that when I was in highschool whenever I ate anything with nitrates).
If it keeps happening get it checked out for sure.

Sub sandwiches? No joke, like, we went to Mr. Goodcents probably two hours before, and I had a big sub.
Then today, during lunch with my family, my dad made subs...and I started feeling dizzy when I ate it. Maybe I do have a mild form of hypochondria? I was always pretty paranoid about dying when I hit my head when I was younger, and I always feel like I pull something after every gym class when we play dodge ball...

What's a Mr. Goodcents? Sounds like a Kwik-Mart at a gas station.
