Half of DLC won't work

It seems that about half of my 121 downloaded songs won't work on Rock Band or Rock Band 2.

This doesn't seem restricted to when I downloaded the songs either.

This happened a few times once I got my new xbox, and is happening more now that I transfered to my new harddrive.

when you buy a new Xbox you have to use the liciense migration tool to be able to play your songs without being connected to xbox live. I had the same problem. Go to the xbox website and search for it, it takes 5 minutes and you just have to transfer the registration for the songs from the old xbox to the new. I hope that helps.
