Downloaded Songs Won't Load

so i busted out rock band 1 the other day and downloaded limelight to breathe some new life into the game. i was really pumped to play it, but the game kept hanging up at the loading screen! And that reminded me why i stopped playing in the first place. My metallica songs wouldn't load either the last time i played or now! it can't be my xbox, because i tried it on my friends, and my elite, which i just had replaced. Is it my hard drive? has anyone else had this problem? Please help me i just want to play limelight so bad otherwise can i have my money back please? Thank you

its your console because you replaced your xbox
to play them offline you will need to do a license transfer
