Well first off while I only really like various types of metal and rock Ill admit I am open to punk rock and all that, so dont rape me for not having any punk bands on here, I just dont know any. These songs may not be the best, but they are ones I would like to see in the game:
The Fun Palace- Annihilator
Poison- Alice Cooper
Rock and Roll Fantasy- Bad Company
Graveyard Disciples- Black Label Society
Turn the Page/ Fly- Blind Guardian
Rock and Roll Band- Boston ( everything seems pretty balanced in this song)
Foolin- Def Leppard
Progenies of the Great Apocalypse- Dimmu Borgir
Rainbow in the Dark- Dio (hellz yes!)
Just Stop- Disturbed
Alabama Song (Whiskey Bar)- The Doors (oh boy a middle-aged man asking for whiskey and a little girl!)
Operation Ground Pound- Dragon Force (Holy Sh!t!!! Fast!)
Children of the Night- Dream Evil
Juke Box Hero- Foreigner
At the End of the Rainbow- Hammerfall
Pure Evil- Iced Earth (Heck yes! I love the drum part about half-way with the cymbols)
Run to the Hills- Iron maiden
Turbo Lover- Judas Priest
Point of no Return- Kansas
Detroit Rock City-KISS (the bass is excelent in here)
Whole Lotta Love-Led Zeppelin
Metal Warriors- Man O'War (another very well balanced song)
Kill the King- Megadeth (Oh God pleaseopleaseoplease)
For Whom the Bell Tolls- Metallica
Billy Jean- Michael Jackson (hey he may be a gay child molester, but you have to admit his music is pretty damn good)
Cinnamon Girl- Neil Young
5 Minutes Alone- Pantera
Brown Eyed Girl- Rolling Stones
Rock you Like a Hurricane- Scorpions
Duality- Slipknot
My Land/ Dream Thieves- Sonata Arctica
Holy Mountains- System of a Down
Practice What you Preach- Testament
Breakdown- Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
This is the War- Vader
Behind Blue Eyes- The Who
And that basically sums up the songs, I listened to all of them and thought they all had a pretty good equalness of instruments, save a few (behind blue eyes) that I just really want to see. Please leave replies, I want to know what you think.

Point of no Return- Kansas
I listened to all of them and thought they all had a pretty good equalness of instruments
I doubt that. Otherwise you would have realized that this song does not even have any guitar solos. It's all fiddle and organ. I think there might be a little guitar and bass in the background, but if there is, it's insanely easy.
Trust me, I know a lot of Kansas, and there are more balanced songs like Icarus (Borne on the Wings of Steel) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBRj7AF8YjQ), Child of Innocence (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I44xJLn20hA), or Down the Road (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WsfiUnH0so&mode=related&search=). Don't get me wrong, Point of Know Return's a good song, but not for Rock Band.

ok heres my responses:
1. My maiden song doesnt suck, Im sorry I like that song and want to see it in the game
2. I didnt put the confirmed songs on here because these are other songs I want on here, and besides black sabbath and mississippi queen, I dont know too much about the other ones
3. I admit you're right on the kansas song. I did go through and listen to them all but kansas was more of just one I wanted and a backthought, hence the note at the bottom there were a few I just wanted to see in the song, but I will admit you are absolutely right.
5. I have never heard rage but ill check them out.
NOte: Sorry if this isnt your ideal list, I guess thats why it was my opinion.
