Any time I'm browsing anything but the top "Rock Band Forums" level, the latest version of Chrome shows a perpetually loading icon for the tab. Forcing the page to stop loading works, and even if not doing so, it seems like everything on the page is loading, but it never technically "finishes".
This problem does not occur in IE, Firefox, or Opera as far as I can tell.
