I donno... they are all pretty equal albums to me

We already got like the best song metallica ever made (And justice for all)

I gotta say no to "Kill em all"

We already have 3 songs off of "And justice for all" (And justice for all , Blackened , One)

So I don't think that one would be my choice

For me I guess its a toss up between Ride the lightning and Master of puppets

Edit : Nah I thought for a few more secs and Im gonna say ride the lightning just for "Fade to black" lol

The album they are gonna have on rock band most likely is Master of puppets

Its their only signifigant album we have 0 songs off of (Cept kill em all but only extreme metallica fans seem to like that album)

Unless they totally suprise us and give us the new album as DLC... that would be crazy

Master Of Puppets is an amazing Album. All of the songs would be challenging to play on all instruments and are great songs. Also it has a variety of slow and fast songs. The only reason they wouldnt pick MoP is because of Orion unless they had the singer have a hardcore percussion mic tapping session.

They will make him do it 500 times over and use specially computer stuff on his voice so it will sound perfect on the album

Thats what the Black Album was. Commercially acceptable and still acceptable to most of the Metallica fans.

I would prefer any album before that, but still I would prefer the black album over anything after it.

Yeah they were commercially successful, but people feel as if that album was written so that it could commercially successful. The songs are shorter and fit the Radio requirements better. I still think its a great album, but some hardcore fans don't like it at all because they view it as their 1st step to selling out.

Well I tell you what... ever since their self titled album it seems like they have made NO ATTEMPTS at all of making commercially usable music

They have pretty much written mostly crap since then but their new CD is sounding good so far

Well you have to think....Rock Band is probably going to put only the songs that grabs the publics attention. Im not gonna spend my Microsoft points for songs that i dont know very well. Wouldn't it be smart to place songs that are well known, not just by the deep fan boys...or girls. :)

i feel like it's going to be Master of Puppets.. hopefully its not And Justice for All cuz they've already given 3 songs off that album for DLC.. personally though i'd love to see Ride the Lightning (for whom the bell tolls, fade to black, call of ktulu)

but master of puppets is the only one we haven't gotten any songs from yet so i wouldnt be surprised if thats the one they go with
