I need some help please

I am obviously RB.com illiterate, because I can not find a single thread relating to sensitivity issues with RB1 drum pads. My blue pad is hitting on 50% tops, and it get aggravating because RB2 has quite a few songs usuing the blue pad continuosly.

Can someone please direct me to a site, thread, or post on how to fix this please?
