How Do You Get a Replacement Guitar

My guitar just started doing the "adding in strums" thing, rendering the guitar inoperable (which, combined with the lag in my mic and lag in my drum fills means the game is dangerously close to becoming a "never mind, give me my money back" kind of thing).

How do I get in touch with Harmonix to get a replacement guitar?

Not at all happy that, less than a week after I purchased the product, I have exactly 0% fully-working components.
