Whats the song that you just really really like... on all the instruments
For me I gotta say its no contest
Metallica - And justice for all
I love playing it on the drums on hard :D
I love playing it on the guitar on hard or expert :D
and I like singing it on medium/hard
Suprisingly.... I suck at drums on hard overall... but I can actually do And justice for all because I mentally know how the drums to it go so it makes alot more sense to me and I never fail it and I always get like over 90%
Imo its gonna be hard for them to top that song... I've been playing it on drums and guitar both like at least once a day... its great :O

I personally play Say it Ain't So the most closely followed by Here We Go Again (easiest song to drum in the game); however my favorites would have to be Go with the Flow and I'm So Sick (which last time I checked, I'm top 10 for solo drums, with no chance keeping that once the kiddies get their copies for Christmas)
If you were to ask my least favorite, it would be by far Green Grass as drumming it is like being forced to run a marathon in a stupid beat.

Gimme Shelter. I haven't even played the game and I know this.

Can you really say that though?
As far as just listening to the song goes... no wait... nvm.... And justice for all basically is the song I most enjoy as far as just listening to it goes XD lol
But I mean some songs like "Welcome home" and "Foreplay/Long time" I really like listening to but its not as fun to play as you would imagine
Welcome home on drums = horrifyingly boring and repetitive
Foreplay/Long time = Great to listen to but just not as great to play as I expected

Green Grass and High Tides is the worst. No contest.
Yes even worse than Dead On Arrival (at least that steaming pile ends).

Why all the hate for green grass? Dont like it because its hard? It has some of the funnest drums, and the best guitar solo. (i can 98% it, ALMOST THERE :)) I mean, i have respect for all players easy, medium, hard, and expert. But dont hate on a song just because its hard. Keep playing it and become good at it.

It's just no fun. Bass can get repitious, drums are stomping and flailing, and vocals are nonexistent.
Guitar passes but then again this ain't GH.

Its drums aren't the most fun.... during the big hillbilly ****in guitar solo its like stomp slap stomp slap stomp slap OVER AND OVER for like a couple minutes straight its just horrible on the drums lol

Bass is realistic. Drumming is repitious yes, but its still fast and fun espically on expert. Vocals are quite nonexistent, ill give you that. And the guitar is amazingly fun. Every band needs those songs where it focuses mainly on one member of the band as his show off song.

I like Green Grass, but then again I 95% it on hard (drums)
It is pretty simple. There are only a few hard parts on the drums.. but it is pretty easy to keep the same beat going for a few minutes.
At first I felt that way though!
My fave song is Def Black Hole Sun though. I can get between 88%-93% on expert everytime, those tricky kicks near the end, own me though!!

Agreed but I have one acronym for you: DLC.
Harmonix kept assuring anything instrument specific would be DLC. On disc everything would be fun across the board.
Green Grass is textbook DLC.
