Youtube Links and such

I've seen HMXSean making a few comments about not posting copyrighted material lately, but no official stance on what's going on with all the Youtube links getting pulled. Can we get a bit more detail on what the policy is, and is there any alternative we can use to redirect users to a youtube page instead of posting the actual video? I mean I like all the chart videos, but most of us obviously used these to clarify what we're talking about when discussing music. Of course, most of that material is copyrighted.

MTV.com (or .ca in my case) has a pretty big library of freely accessible videos. Any chances on integrating it with the website?
