has anyone gotten one? my Strat downstrum is dead so i requested the Normal replacement plan (doesnt require credit card) and said id get a confirmation email and that was like 2 days ago. since then i have gone to ups.com and input that tracking number and it brings something up showing "Billing Information Recieved", complete with my city and stuff and says "2nd Day Air". so ya, my question is: did anyone else not get a confirmation email?

It's been two days for me, too... and still nothing.
However, you should've at least gotten that tracking number from them. If you misplaced it or forgot it, call EA Support, and they should be able to help you out.

I never got that email either. I ordered a replacement on Thanksgiving, and it still says "Billing Information Received". This is really starting to anger me. I don't know why someone didn't do their job and QA the instruments.

They were closed from Thurs. through Sunday, and UPS didn't work either. Probably not the best idea to release a game right before a 4 day holiday.

I didn't get an e-mail confirmation, but thankfully printed out the confirmation page that included my tracking number. You can confirm the case if you log into EA's support site under your account and check your existing "Questions". You should see a pending RMA question.
Edit: Go to http://support.ea.com and click on "My Questions" on the left-hand side. You can also use this link (http://support.ea.com/cgi-bin/ea.cfg/php/enduser/myq_ilp.php?p_sid=Bp9o4ORi&p_accessibility=0&p_redirect=).

Never got an email but my replacement Mic is on it's way already. Ordered yesterday. Obviously Guitars and drums are in higher demand and may take longer to ship.

Well, according to EA's Support site, they have shipped my guitar (which is crazy because I haven't received the box to send the old one yet....I did the non-credit card option), but the drum pedal still says New RMA....which really baffles me because I submitted that return on the 20th and the guitar on the 24th. We'll see.

I have heard that they aren't asking for busted drum pedals to be returned. Didn't hear from HMX so who knows if this is true or not.

How would I know if they're sending it? Mine says "New RMA" as the status. Last updated the day I posted it. This is a terrible site.

I'm assuming if I have (0) under the My Questions that that means they haven't processed my request? I received a tracking # (which is at my home while I'm at work at the moment), and I filed it on the second or third day after it came out.
Unlike others however, my Yellow button is stuck in the down position. And by stuck I mean the sensor... the button reacts normally, it's just when the song begins, you can see it lit, and if I strum, it attempts to strum with the yellow button pressed even though I'm not holding it down.
Fortunately I had GH3 so I'm not "hurt" per say, but this is a bit ridiculous.

My bass pedal was useless right out of the box and I bought the game last Tuesday! I ordered my replacement the same night and UPS still has not even picked the item up. It's still a great game and there are vocals and guitar to be played but I want all of what I paid for!
