Lost my 20 free DLC download

I was able to get the code for the download but it ended up freezing halfway through download and I cancelled it thinking it would allow me to restart it. Unfortunately it vanished and it won't let me re-enter my code to restart the download. I sent a support ticket to EA but does anyone know anything else I could do?

I still have the incomplete download file in my memory but I'm afraid to delete it to check if I can re-enter the code then because it's my only 'proof' of trying to download it in the first place

Wow thanks so much. I was going to ask where the download history was on the new xbox setup cause everything got jumbled around but I was able to find it. Thanks so much :)

i have a download code and have entered it correctly several times. the only response i get it a screen saying 'an error has occured'
i know i am doing the steps correctly, but im getting nowhere.
can anyone enlighten me?

What system? What country? What country is your system's account set up for? Where are you entering the code?

hey i entered my registration code but it says it has already been put in and i never put it in!
I have a 360, I bought RB2 the MINUTE it came out so it is NOT a used copy. I live in Kentucky if that has anything to do with it lol. What do I do? Is there anyway i can get them?

Which country/region of RB2 are you using? You need to have a PSN account of the same country/region for the code to work. In fact, you can't use any DLC purchased from a different region than your copy of the game.
