I have my wii code right and my website code right. I'm not adding spaces and I've tried adding it with and without caps, why the hell won't it work?

I keep getting the message can't find any Rock Band data associated with that code, even though I've been playing online and stuff like that

oh ya back on to topic are you sure you are making everything EXACTLEY as it is it is caesensetive and make sure you have your wii fc not ur serial code

You have to go to your mailbox (that little envelope in the lower right-hand corner). Once you're there, click on "Create Message" in the lower left-hand corner. That will show your address book. Your console ID is in there.

I know, the instruction manual makes it sound like you can get to it easier. Took me a little bit of hunting too!
