Waiting for over 6 days is a bit crazy. I should have boxed it all up and demanded an exchange.

Well , UPS has been on a four-day holiday. I would imagine replacements should be sent out today.

Apparently EA's billing department wasn't on vacation. $100 pending transaction from EA just in case I don't send the guitar back.
