Led Zep and Iron Maiden. Iron Maiden > Led in my opinion though - those are the only few I like out of that bunch. DragonForce is WEH-HAYYYY over rated.

I meant to hit more than one, but some Zep, Maiden and DT would be sick, and I wouldnt min Dio, but I say absoluley not to any other of those bands. Dragonforce and C&C.... errgh i hate them.

If it is in any way possible, Harmonix will get Led Zeppelin in Rock Band. I think that Good Times Bad Times, Rock and Roll, or Trampled Underfoot would be best in the main game. I would like to play even more of their stuff via downloads. I might download a Coheed and Cambria song if it were available for download. I probably wouldn't download songs by any of the other bands (largely because I haven't heard much of them).

As an aside, Led Zeppelin's Stairway To Heaven and The Song Remains the Same should be in Guitar Hero III.

I agreed with everything other than Blind Guardian, Iced Earth, and Manowar, but not because I dislike these bands; I've just never heard anything they've produced. Our tastes seem pretty similar, so I'm willing to bet the bands I did not vote for are good too.

Pretty much all of my friends hated Coheed because of the high-pitched vocals, but they all came around after continued exposure. Similarly, I used to dislike Dragonforce, but have since come to appreciate the quality of their music. With open minds, any of you could be the same, and especially in Coheed's case, I implore all of you to keep your minds open to musical genius. Let's let Rock Band rock.

Seriously though, for all the people dissing manowar. Spinal Tap was in GH2... They are a joke band. Like Tenacious D. And while Manowar borders on the cheese-factor put forth by these bands, their music is infinitely more fun to play!
