Am I covered by a warranty?

I bought Rock Band 1 for the Wii on June 22, 2008.

Well, today, December 22, the pedal snapped. Would considered a malfunction? It IS the company's fault, because I've heard of many other pedals snapping easily. I wasn't even hitting it that hard.

I've also heard that people who's pedals snapped got a new pedal, free.

So, anyways, would this be covered by my warranty? I'm pretty sure the warranty that only covered things that weren't the company's fault, such as smashing the drum set purposely, expired.

The Hardware Warranty is only good for 60 days.

So in other words, no, you are not covered anymore since you bought it more like 180 days ago.
