Will Canadians Rock Band bundles include the fixed instruments?

I have a pre-order for a PS3 Rock Band bundle due for the 17th December (Canadian here). I'd like to know if that bundle will have the fixed instruments (i don't want that piece of crap foam in my guitar). I'll cancel the pre-order if they are of the same quality as the initial launch in the states.

it all depends, let me tell you that nobody knows the answer right now unless you hear otherwise from harmonix, ea, or a moderator. The instruments will most likely be fixed by the time the game releases in canada though, i dont think they want to spend any more money on broken instruments
