I am trying to unlock songs and it's not working

Ok, I went to the Tour Challenges and beat all 14 marathon challenges and I beat the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s challenges. And still nothing is unlocking. Has anyone else had this problem? If not what is the alternate solo method of unlocking songs... I've gotten through at least 40% of the world tour mode and that hasn't unlocked anything so far either...

Beating all of the marathon challenges should be all that you needed to do. What console is this on? If you're on the 360, did you do all of the challenges on one instrument while signed onto Live with another? If so, that won't work, you need to be signed in on the instrument you are playing with. Are you expecting it to unlock something other than the 84 songs that come with the game? That's all it unlocks.

That might be all you needed to do but why dont you just complete every song on tour, it's a lot more fun that way.

You were likely either:
1. Using modifiers (no fail, unlock all songs, etc.)
2. Signed in on the wrong instruments

Completing the decades challenges should have unlocked everything for you. The marathon challenges were overkill but should have accomplished the same.
