GHII Songs >>>RB??

I don't know if Harmonix sold the rights to GHII when they sold the franchise, or if that even matters, but I think it would be great to bring in a lot of the songs from GHII. Most of them, in fact.

i know theyre putting war pigs out for dlc, but probably a few more will come eventually

That would be pointless, a lot of hard work, and impossible. Im pretty sure that Harmonix is smart enough to notice that GH2 songs on rock band would be lame and not possible. They cant put the same songs on RB.......im serious, they aren't aloud.

well the rights are negotiated on a per game basis so even songs that were on previous games they still have to purchase the rights to have it on rock band

Do you mean the same exact cover for a song? Or any cover of the same song?

Because I can see them not being able to put the same exact cover from GH2 on Rock Band for legal reasons. But they are re-putting War Pigs on Rock Band through DLC as Rev0lver mentioned, and I couldn't be happier.
