I've read in the announcements section that any guitar controller from other systems "should" work with Rock Band. I'm curious if anyone knows for sure (as in, has actually personally confirmed) if the PS2 Gibson is compatible with the PS2 version of Rock Band.

i dont think anyone knows the answer to that except for harmonix considering that the ps2 version of rock band has not released yet. My guess woudl be that it would work considering the first 2 guitar hero controllers were set up using a standard controller configuration so im assuming the third would be too. This means that the buttons on the guitar coorespond to the buttons on a controller. If a ps2 controller works for guitar hero 3, then the guitar should work with rock band
