I'm pretty sure the website said they'll be released on Dec. 5th. I definitely want one!

The person's a troll. He's been doing that on a number of threads.

I had no idea that drum bag was out of stock. I definitely want one (despite the price) since there's really no substitute for how neatly and perfectly it (based on the picture) holds the drum controller. At least, this side of a $90 Pellican case.

Agreed! I used one of my game convention trunks (http://www.containerstore.com/browse/Product.jhtml?searchId=11489659&itemIndex=6&CATID=250&PRODID=62806) when I trucked the game to my Thanksgiving party and was able to get the drum set, two guitar stands, a drum stool, and a mic stand all in there. Without any padding, however, I'm worried about the set rattling around with all of that other gear.

I hope they get back in stock soon - I want to take Rock Band to every party I attend this holiday season! (I've already got a group at work who are planning to fire it up on the plasma in our conference room...)

yeah, I used a travel suit bag to transport mine the other night, haha. worked fine i guess just didn't secure the pieces from moving around a little bit. I just kinda twisted the top where the extra fabric was; i kinda felt like santa clause :p

Perhaps...but I wouldn't trust our release dates as Gospel (I mean our...as in I just happen to work there...yeh I'm in Seattle and it's 'essence' is really captured in the game)

At times those release dates are just placeholders when we don't know when the heck the manufacturer will give us the goods to ship to us protective defenders of our drum pads!
