I submitted for a guitar replacement last Tuesday morning. I have an RMA but no tracking number and i never received an email conformation. I submitted my credit card info and everything. Should I submit my info again? This is getting ridiculous if you are going to ship defective peripherals you should at least have a good system to replace them all.

call them. talk to a human, get your tracking number.

No- same thing happened to me. Just call them up and they will give you the tracking # if you provide the RMA#.
