It might have to do with all the fancy Microsoft wireless stuff that is required.

Note: all of this amounts to wild rumors as most of you already know.
But, hey, at least it's something to chat about until more exciting information comes out in a week.

I really hope those don't end up being the real prices. =|
I'll never be able to afford this game if they are.

80 dollars for a wireless guitar is ridiculous. They better get it down to 60 or 70.

That's pretty stupid to me, but I don't have any problem personally with playing a wired guitar. Worked well for GH2, so I'm not worried, unless they end up costing the same, haha. I just hope they figure out a way to lower all the prices a little, I don't want to pay 80 bucks for the drums (even 70 would be fine).

So, to get everything for the 360... I have to sell both kidneys....That just sucks.

I wouldn't really listen to what websites say about prices until it is all official, until then I'm sure you'll see a lot of different prices, which will all hopefully be too high. I'm really banking on affordability with this game, especiallys since you basically need to buy 3 or 4 accessories with it to get all you can out of the game.
And as for wired vs. wireless. I really don't have a problem with either (I've been playing GH with the PS2 since forever and those guitars are all wired), for these new systems however, which everyone is accostomed to playing wireless on, I would think that the majority of things will be wireless.

Those seem pretty accurate. Hopefully the price of the drums and the 360 guitar drop by $10 and it'd be perfect.
If it stays $20 more, it just may make me get it for PS3. It was already a close call for me. It had free online and I've been needed a reason to play PS3 other than for PS2 game and Resistance. I'll be getting GH3 for PS3 too then since I won't be buying 2 RB guitars and will be still in need of another guitar.

That's a GameCrazy price change sheet. It means just as much as those official Gamestop prices.

$80 for a drum kit is still pretty expensive, thats $95 Australian Dollars... but for unknown reasons it'll be even higher... ie, ps3 in america = $600 which is $700 Australian... yet were paying $1000 for a ps3.
As long as I can get a pack with the game, guitat, drums and mic for $225 or less I'm happy. $250 I would still buy it, but be pissed off.

mm you have to factor in import duties and delivery costs into the equation, so its not as simple as just converting it unfortunately...americans tend to get things cheaper...
