Wireless drums wont sync

Now Im not a novice to this, I know how to connect everything. When I hit the sync button on the xbox and on the drum set they both just do the circles but wont recognize each other.

Controllers work fine, wireless guitar works fine. I had my sisters wireless drums hooked up to it last night and they were fine.

The new drums I got from Santa this morning just will not connect. Any other suggestions?

Mine also. what a rip. my kids are so disappointed. I guess I'm suppossed to pay to ship it back and then wait weeks for replacement.

Same problem. Played for about an hour and everything was fine. Now I try to sync the drums, it works for 10 or 15 seconds and then stops. Not cool. Anybody have any sugguestions?

Replacement is free, including shipment both ways. If you do the express replacement option, you get the drums very quickly and still at no charge as long as you send your faulty drums back.

well yours might be a battery issue, i do know you can only get about ten songs in before you need new batteries. anyone know how to hard connect the drums? i love these drums but actually hate the wireless aspect of it. i mean, how far away from the tv do you really need to be?

Search battery jarring if you are only able to use the drums for a few minutes. Your batteries are likely jarring loose while you're playing.

Your last post stated that the drums worked for a few songs. Do they not work at all now?

we cant get the wireless drums to work at all. wireless guitar & mic are working fine. we get the lights circling & flashing at different times but can't seem to get it to sync up. it sounds like everyone is having the same issues & i am new to these post but if anyone has any suggestions on what to do.

Are the lights on both the drums and the game system circling? Try holding the sync button on the drums.

Make sure you press the sync button on your 360. If your 360 doesn't circle after pressing its sync button, you need to contact Microsoft.

after pressing the sync button on the 360 & the drums we get circling lights but the 4 quad is not syncing up.

yup, thats what mines doing. takin it back to best buy tomorrow. im gonna try that first before i send it in to get fixed

Contact EA at the number on the last page of your manual. They will send you a free label to ship the peripherals back.

yea im not finding that...on the back of the rock band game? or the manual with the drums

we figured it out...got all equip to sync. press little white button on xbox unit and then sync buttons on equip and sync with controller ...MERRY CHRISTMAS...we are rocking now.l

Got Rockband 2 this morning and whammo! Wireless drums will not sync up. Yes and yes I know how to sync stuff up properly, but like the other posters above the light flashes slower than speeds up a tad. So, I tried to create a RMA, but no luck the stupid website doesn't even give me a choice to select WIRELESS DRUMS, then it spazzes out. Very very fustrating and dissappointing on Christmas Day.

You're going to have to be more specific. What game, what system, and exactly what problem?
