Bad CD?

When I insert the RockBand CD into the Wii, it does NOT appear in the on-screen menu. I try other games (including Guitar Hero II) and they all work. Is there anything I can do? I've tried cleaning the brand new disc, but still nothing. Is the disc bad? If so - can I return it to the BestBuy where I bought it?

Have you tried clicking where the game usually shows up? It might prompt you to update prior to playing.
