I'm totally going to pimp out my store now.
Anyway, I help run a store called Game Universe in Framingham, MA. We have six 50" Plasmas to play video games on, two of which are reserved solely for Rock Band. If you can't play at your place due to either not having it or those damn drums (lol), then you should stop by a play here. We're also going to be having Battle of the Bands tournaments this December, and they will be monthly.
Here's where you can get info on how to get there, our number, directions and such: Game Universe (http://myspace.com/gameuniverse) (yes our info is on Myspace stfu X3)
xoxo,
Jackie

Well, we A) Have the website in development B) this is easier for us at the moment. A lot of people are already registered on Myspace, and they can post and discuss stuff with us with greater convenience.

That is pretty sweet. I am reppin wormtown (a.k.a worcester). Question: What is the format for the battle. I looked at the myspace but doesnt say difficulty levels for each. I mean finding an expert singer could be a pain in the ass.

Oh man, I used to live right near Worcester!
Well, what we're looking to do is this: For each band, you need to have the equivlant of either 2 Experts/2 Hards or 3 Experts/1 Medium (these aren't set in stone yet, but it's the basic format we've come up with). Easy is out of the question, because that's lame. Oh, and you also need to have the WHOLE band, no exceptions.
And yeah, I'm the only person I know that sings on Expert at the moment. It's tough convincing others to do it :(

Oh, I forgot to mention that we have tournaments for everything possible under the sun and arcade machines such as Inital D 4, DDR, SuperNova, Air Hockey, etc.
