Or should I say lack of Customer Service......what a complete joke!!!!!! I am calling from New Jersey to a California number and no one ever picks up.......and the guy from harmonix says just hang on the line???? Is he serious????? How much time should I have to hold on??? First of all the Customer Service line should be a 1-800 number.......why should customers have to call using their money to get help from products they purchased from rock band???.......I am totally frustrated and believe me I have and will continue to tell everyone who will listen not to buy Rock Band...........the product is shotty at best and the customer service is non-existent.
