As in: You know your forums have been in an uproar about certain issues, right?

How about letting us know your thoughts on those matters?

How about a simple statement like : "We hear you and are figuring out our response."

All this silence from a formerly voluble company is making me nervous.

They just released a massive project. Probably on some needed R & R

Yeah, lol, even at the guitar hero III forums, at least it is some kind of response. Even if the mods and devs are posting the same old replies over and over again.

Uh uh, nope, won't do. Thanksgiving is ovah! It's almost a week after release. Hey ho, let's go!

You'll have to understand that likely a good portion of the team has been out since Wednesday due to the holiday. Sean has already given us the official word about the PS3 compatibility issues over in the announcements forum.

Don't worry, they're listening. ;)

Wah wah wah, some people are just TOO impatient. A lot goes on behind the scenes that you don't see, and you automatically assume they're not doing anything except trying to pi$$ you off.

Chill out, and wait like the rest of the world.

Yep, I bet they are. There a ton of issues with huge support for them here (broken guitars, compatability, fan cap to name a few) that i'm sure they will be handling quite shortly

I think YOU'RE Paranoid!

(I will now attempt to mention a RB song in every post.)

They definitely should have at least told us what they were planning to do about these junk guitars. I mean I love what I've been able to play of this game, but they aren't doing much to handle the issue and using the holiday as an excuse. We should have at least received e-mails about it. It would be nice to know that when our 60 day warranty runs out and we can't get our 7th guitar that we will be able to get a new one that holds up, and that we won't be screwed because we bought it in the wrong 60-day window.

I think Sean has mentioned this in very similar words, more than once even.

yea lol, if you read the forum posts and replies you would see the responses. Negativity breeds negativity, if you are pissed, educate yourself before typing some absurd incorrect post and looking like an ignorant HMX hater.

Education would reveal, they are replacing all damaged units FREE and researching the problem.

why do i see people complaining about the "fan cap"? it's called a challenge.. if you want a game you can beat easily go get TMNT or something

do you see other video game companies releasing statements saying "we apologize for making our video game challenging.. from now on, we'll send a better gamer along with your purchase and they can beat the hard parts for you.. they will also be there to wipe your ass if that becomes too difficult for you"

Sorry, but fan cap is not an issue. It is not flawed and it's working exactly as intended. Just because some people want to cry about not getting any more fans until they raise the difficulty does not make it an issue. It's an opinion. I'm from Houston and I'd like to choose that for my home town. I'd like to play in some venues located in Houston. I guess that is an issue they need to address as well huh? </SARCASM> People need to stop complaining about things like fan cap, disabling the bass pedal, etc. There are no major flaws with the game. I have not seen any gameplay glitches. Being able to change the leader in BWT is the only thing worth being called an issue, and even that isn't a big deal. It doesn't ruin gameplay.

All these people complaining should get together and design their "perfect game" and see how well it turns out. Make sure a 2-year old can play it with their 87-year old great grandparent. Make sure everyone wins everytime whether you know what you are doing or not. Make everything unlockable from the start so people who don't want to earn anything can have fun too. Good luck pleasing the entire world like Harmonix was apparently supposed to do. I know you guys can do it.

exactly what i'm saying!!

and the "fan cap" doesnt take it away from being a fun family/party/friend game either, so people who hate the fan cap - dont use that as an excuse.. you can still play the game with family and friends who may not be playing on the harder difficulties, you just can't get more fans.. god forbid

They did. People just don't like the answer. They said they will replace your controller for you for free. People are just complaining because HMX wont come to their door, serve them breakfast, and fix their control at their door step.

My controller's broken. I'm sending it in. I'm not complaining because I don't have to pay for anything.
