Rock Band 1 Downloading Problem

If anybody can help me as soon as possible, I`ll be very thankful. I just got points to download songs for my Rock Band 1. I downloaded 8 songs, but did not do so from the in-game Music Store (I did not realize there was one until after I downloaded the songs), but by going into my Live Marketplace and downloading it onto my hard-drive. However, for some reason, when I start the game, only two of the 8 downloaded songs appear in the set list, along with the 2 free ones I downloaded alongside those 8.

Could anyone tell me why I can`t see the other songs? I`ve checked my hard-drive memory and the songs are downloaded for sure. Any help would be gold. Thanks.

did you do this on your own console or a friends console using your hard drive

Try going to your download history and redownloading the missing songs.

To re download the songs, does it mean I have to get more points?
And how do I go to my download history?

how to get there. press xbox guide button

scroll to the right select account management -> download history

redownload it from there
