Can't say I've experienced either, but milk can smell a bit rank after a while.

Why you'd have either is a mystery. Don't you brush your teeth or use mouthwash?
Also, you could try a tic tac or some other kind of minty sweet.

neither milk nor bananas smell bad, so you shouldn't have bad milk breath or bad banana breath unless you just have poor hygiene.
