RB For PS2

The only system I can get rock band for is PS2...Does anyone know any of the ups and downs of the PS2 version???

I'm stuck in the same boat man. PS2 version for me. They haven't said much, only that there is no DLC.

No DLC, no patches.

May or may not work with previous GH/GHII guitars, nobody knows yet.

Ups- already own the system, im guessing you have GH controllers already which will add a bassist for you.

downs- no online modes, no DLC, need an adapter for 4 players. also has been mentioned some aspects will be limited (i'm guessing that applies to Band world tour)

my opinion is buying the ps2 version is a gigantic waste of money, even if you cant afford a next gen console.

Ive been begging 4 an xbox for christmas 4 rb and stuff but i doubt that will happen
