Can I use two sets of drums two guitars and one mic in the game or am I limited to two guitars one drum and one mic or two drums one guitar and one mic?

If you're playing in the BWT mode, then you can have any combination of the following:
1 Guitar
1 Vocal
1 Bass
1 Drum

This meaning you can play with 1 guitar, 1 bass, and 1 drum, but not any more than one of each. Otherwise there would be people playing with all basses and having 6x multipliers all over the place :D

Thanks I am getting a second Rock Band bundle and was just wondering if I could play all the instruments, I guess I'll just return it to the store.

You can use two drums or two mics. But not in BWT. There other modes like Drum Battle where you can use two drums and battle a friend!

Yeah, a second pair would only be good for this. And even then, there's always the option of going online and battling someone.
