Xbox 360 Rock Band 2 Rock Band 1 songs and 20 free dlc

first off love the game, still using rock band 1 first day hardware lol, but I have a problem, my xbox 360 burnt out a week before christmas and I just got it back today, thanks to microsoft I was able to get all my dlc transfered to the new unit so that it would function offline, how ever I can not get the rock band 1 songs to stay on off line, normal I know if its not the orginial, and the 20 free songs wont play off line, I have tried to fix both of these by deleteing them redownloading/export them trying to get the lisence to change but it wont. Is there any thing that I can do to make them work offline again, at home its not a big deal but we have alot of parties where live is not available.

if you would like to know microsoft didnt hook up the eject button so I have to open it with a paper clip :(

you need to do a license transfer http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/systemuse/xbox360/licensemigration/

then redownload everything and re-export the RB1 songs

thanks it worked. I feel sry for people with all 500 some dlc songs that would be bad.
