Xbox 360 Wireless Drum Kit Not Working

I figured I would post this and see if anyone knew a fix. I have the wireless drum kit for xbox 360 and it won't seem to connect. The regular xbox 360 controller will work but the drum kit won't. I don't have the other instruments, or a USB hub but from I've read I shouldn't need those for the drum kit to work. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

I had the same problem. I did what the box told me NOT to do and returned them to the store .. i wasn't having it that i got it for christmas and it wasn't working and would have to wait.

The light would just blink all four at the same time and when you press connect it did nothing. Obviously hardware malfunction. Got the new set haven't looked back.

does the store give you a new one if you bought it in the set? because i have the same problem...
