This could possibly be a very dumb question, but I've looked over the site and haven't seem to find any answers to it. How is it possible to have a guitar, drums and microphone going on the same time if there are only two USB ports on the Wii system? Again, I'm sorry if this is a really dumb question but I am kinda confused. Was I supposed to recieve a Hub in my RB2 Box? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I use Guitar Hero instruments, so Im not sure if its the same with official RB instruments, but Wii Remotes go in the guitar, bass, and drum set. The mic is the only one that plugs into the USB port. You still need a Wii Remote to operate the mic though.

Yeah, you needed a USB hub to use all the instruments at the same time. If your Wii RB2 did not come with one, try contacting EA support/HMX support.

Any USB hub will work, you can pick one up pretty cheap nowadays, we got ours at a dollar store. The RB1 set for the Wii comes with a USB hub, but not sure about RB2 set.

Not "ANY" USB hub. Make sure it's a "POWERED" USB hub. That means you will also have to plug it into a wall socket. Trust me, I don't care if someone has one that is not powered, save your money, time and aggravation, just get a powered one to start off with. BB has some for about 15 bucks.

If it's not powered, eventually things will start to misfire, disconnect and so on.

I got 2 dongles, the guitar dongle is supposed to have 2 extra USB slots in it, one for the Mic and one for the drums' dongle. Unless it's like an update and you got your RB2 SE a little after it was released. I just got my copy of RB2 SE for the Wii for Christmas. Or is this about RB1? Well, I hoped I at least helped...
