Im sure they are flooded with orders. There is a lot just from people that actually post in the forums, and that doesn't include the tons of others that have issues. Plus continueing production for actually selling. They have a lot to do.

I placed the expedited order but still show info received. Nothing about shipped. I can understand the tons of orders but to withdraw $100 for fast shipping and nothing yet...come on. Great game, just wish I could play it with my friends without having to take turns with the GH3 guitar

Well i placed an order but when i go to usps.com and type in the tracking number it says that information for my item cant be retrieved from this website. Anyone else see something like this?

I received my replacement today, in Minnesota. So yes my new guitar was shipped. I only had the chance to play about 2 hours with it and it is holding up so far. Feels like quite a bit more tension on a down strum then before the old one stopped registering. Hopefully it holds out.

Been waiting since last Wed. and all I know is that my billing information has been received.

put my order in saturday and it satarted moving on ups's site thursday, should be in my hands on monday, wich coincidently is my b day happy birthday to me ( if the guitar works, im hoping for the best). to all those who havent shipped out yet i have some advice. HOUND CUSTOMER SUPPORT. i have seen people on here who have had their rma's cancelled, its good to check in on your order every now and again (daily) to make sure your still good to go, i had a nice little long line of customer scripts goign cuase IE kept messing up and after about three days they all got cancelled, i assume becuase A i never placed a order on them and B after a few days if an order isnt attended to at somce capacity after a few days its cancelled so stay on it, some people are even getting free games for their trouble. also if you can ask for a supervisor it seems to go a little further in solving problems, and finally call during the day if you can becuase at night you get sent to india and they have no freaking clue waht is going on they can only tell you what it says on their screen, barely. and they get mad sometimes.
