Rockband 2 for Wii Contents

I'm just curious, picked up this special edition game for my kids today. I can't get the guitar to sync. Reading some of the problems here, it's not clear whether I should have received 2 dongles, one for the guitar and one for drums? I only received one, the drums sync no problem. Also, I have not received a 4 usb hub, does this normally come with the package?

I can say the 4 us hub goes comes with Rock Band 1.
Not sure about 2.

Yes, there are 2 dongles in the box. One has a picture of the drums on it, and the other has a guitar picture. The one for the guitar has 2 extra USB ports on it - we plugged the mic into one of them. We didn't see the 2nd dongle right away either. It was kind of hidden inside a small cardboard compartment inside the big box. Good luck!

The guitar doggle was (I believe) in the same box as the guitar. Which is a smaller box packed in the middle, around the un-assembled drum kit. It is packed tightly with cardboard completely surrounding it in the size and shape of the doggle.

Having same problem, drums sinc fine, guitar won't. Only one doggle in box and blinks when plugged in. When the on/off switch on the guitar is turned on there is a flash on the four lights on the guitar, but won't stay on. The doggle is a single plug, should there be another one? Also no paperwork in box. The doggle I have has the guitar on it.

Why is the guitar in the bundle Black , when it is advertised as sunburst ? The add on guitar is Sunburst for RB2 , also dont see any improved features on one in bundle.:confused:

The sunburst is offered on the standalone guitar, not the bundles.

So the improved guitar is only available as add on , I assume .

Also, the guitar peripheral included in the RB2 bundle features all the same hardware improvements as the standalone sunburst design. Both have softer fret keys, sturdier strum bars, and auto calibration. The only difference is purely cosmetic.
