Lucavious' post:
The drums are dead at this point, the green one registers about 1/4 of the hits.

Bungled's post:
Yup...I fixed that same problem.

The drum pads come off. They're attached by 3 or 4 rubber "bulbs" that will squeeze through the holes if you pull hard enough (and you can push them through the underside if you use a blunt instrument) Once you pull the pad off, you'll see a wire with a jumper male plug coming off the pad. It's supposed to connect to the female plug at the center of the pad tray..just plug it back in/tighten it and put the pad back on.

I suspect those plugs are coming loose during shipping...and explains the interimittant problem of it not registering when you hit it.

i dont know if it really is a fix? i was confused by that guy's posts. he says later on after he mentions how he fixed the pad that the red drums later crapped out, and he can only now play it on lefty mode. im confused if he's saying that's what he did before he fixed it, or the fix was only temporary and now the drums are broken again.

That works for some, but some people's drums are not fixed with this solution. :(

No, that was him quoting someone else's previous post. His drums didn't die out. The fix works, everyone on 1UP has confirmed it.
