Purchased Game on Saturday and now Monday the guitar doesn't work right.

I bought this game on Saturday from Best Buy and purchased the PS3 version as it was the only one they had. Now two days later and only about 4 hours of playing the guitar double strums when you strum up on the strum bar. I've had this game TWO DAYS and the guitar is already broke?!?!?!? How did this game even get out the door with this sort of major defect?!? I thought the Xbox 360 Guitars for Guitar Hero 3 was bad because it broke in 27 days, but 2 days!?!?!? That's got to be some kind of freakin' record. Anyway, whom do I talk to about having the guitar replaced?

Welcome to the club, you're lucky, many of our guitars only lasted a few hours, mine was about 3, as well as quite a few others.

Mine is the exact opposite - it double strums when strumming normally (down)... :mad:

For as much as I paid for this, I expected much better.
