Web Code for Wii- doesnt work??

i dont get why my web code isnt working... i typed EXACTLY what it says on my game. i tryed lower case and upper... i also put in my Wii code.

We fought with this for days - then we figured it out. Don't put in the Console ID, only put in the Webcode. It will work that way.

I've got another related issue...
I can't click on the "webcode" box or the other 2 bottom ones on that screen.
They are shaded out.
Wii is connected and is online...anyone?
