Just curious, why wouldn't this name be able viewable on xbl? As far as I knew he was just an obscure SNL character. Is there some sort of horrific innuendo I don't know about?

That's pretty funny. Some of the censor mechanisms are just insane. I can't use the word "Genius" in my XBL motto because it is a restricted word for some reason.

Peter Criss from KISS is also not classy...I thought it was because the first letter and the last three letters spell pi$$, but I can't find anything similar about your proposed character name.

...maybe it's because HMX doesn't think lifting weights and doing cocaine all day is an appropriate use of a persons time...
