Strum bar

With all these posts I'm seeing about instrument issues I'm getting nervous. I've played probably 10 hours or so in both solo and BWT modes but haven't come across anything significant as far as a problem. The only thing that concerns me is the strum bar is very loose compared to GH's. I can naturally strum it without a problem, but trying to strum up and down doesn't seem to always register. I haven't updated yet but I plan to soon. Is it supposed to be loose though?

What do you mean by "loose?" Like no clicking as the Guitar Hero guitars do? Cause it's not supposed to make clicky noises when you strum up or down.

No not the clicking noise. I don't miss that one bit. I mean that the strum bar doesn't stay stationary at all. There is no "middle position" if you will. When playing the strum bar will droop down some (gravity) but fortunately doesn't register a note.
