Quotes or whatever?

Where do you enter your quote like some people put their gamertag under there message or post... where do you get that?

I think you mean a signature it automatically pops up under each of your posts.

click user cp above.
then in the menu on the left click Edit Signature.
enter your sig in the box and click Save Signature.
