Well, I was one of the unlucky people to have their strat fail on them after hours of play. My down strum didn't stop working completely but it came and went when it wanted. Today while playing with it in frustration with the fleeting downstrum, I pressed and banged my thumbed against strumbar hard with anger, and guess what?... The guitar started playing like a dream, and the feedback is awesome now. It also makes a faint clicking sound now too.... So, in my fit of rage, did I indeed fix my breaking strat by breaking it? Lol. Has anyone else have this similar experience? And should I cancel my replacement strat since I've "fixed" mine?
