Unable to contact EA by phone about RMA?

Is there anything currently wrong with the EA support line for Rock Band?

I've called them three times, from different phones and I'm unable to speak to any representives.

I do, however get to sit through the automated service messages.

Edit: Nevermind, finally got through. Suppose I shouldn't have waited until midnite to place my RMA.
