Hey guys,
I have the second track pack for the Wii, and I noticed that the screen is cut off on the top and bottom during gameplay, but the rest is fine. Anyone else have this issue?
Thanks

Under options, can you turn off overscan?

And I will bump this thread, and any other thread that is posted about this issue with Wii and the TP2. This is supposed to be the Tech Support forum right? How about some bloody technical support!!!

Which options? The RB option don't have the overscan on. And I don't remember seeing that in the Wii settings either. As with the other posts I have seen on this topic, it is only the TP2. Every thing else is working properly.

Yes, under the RB track pack 2 options, you may have screen settings that allow for overscan. If so, make sure that overscan is off.
That's all the advice I really have.
Maybe if you provide more information like what type of television you're using, you'll get more assistance.

Including how your television is connected (components, composite, etc.) and if it is connected through a receiver would also be beneficial.

It's a regular CRT for the moment. Currently connected RCA cables. I will try turning off the overscan.
Thanks Dovanon.

No option to turn overscan off. I have audio, gameplay, band data, and calibrate system, but no screen options. Everything is set on the Wii for a CRT.

My only other suggestion would be to try it on another TV. Other than that, I'm out of ideas.
Sorry :(

This is news to me. If you are able to test on another tv, as Dovanon suggested, then I'd give that a shot. If the problem persists, make a call to the EA customer support line in your instruction manual. They may be able to provide you with more info or the option of a replacement.

I have the same exact problem and posted about it towards the end of November. Currently have a support ticket in that was supposed to have been upped to corporate, but I haven't heard anything since mid to late December. Getting ready to call again.
My TV is a 27" CRT, using RCA cables. RB1 and RB2 display correctly with the current Wii screen settings and the TV settings...RB2 TP v2 does not, edges are cut off or off screen.
Recently tried it on my friend's widescreen HDTV...same issue. Not as bad, but the edges are still cut off/offscreen. We couldn't configure his Wii or TV to display correctly either. With the same settings, RB1 and RB2 look fine on his TV as well, though.
Haven't tried it with more than one instrument + vocals, but vocals are unplayable on either TV, half the vocal track is off the screen.
RB support tried sending me another disc, but that didn't resolve anything, of course.
Check this review on Amazon, another user has the same problem: http://www.amazon.com/review/R11CV8AOHO4H8C
