Is anyone else finding the standard Rock Band guitar to not respond accurately to a down strum?? By all indications, the up strum is always picked up, but I have played on two different guitars, and both seem to have issues intermittently with the down strum. Anyone else?

Fifty million posts on this, check the support page for info on sending it back to EA for a replacement.
